Our Staff.

 

At SarahCare®, we pride ourselves on the professional qualifications, scrupulous care and dedication of our staff. You can rest easy that your loved one is being cared for and looked after every minute that they are with us. See below for photos of the staff at SarahCare® of Minnesota:

  • Executive Director has the responsibility for the overall operations of the SarahCare® Center.
  • Registered and licensed nurses administer prescribed medications and attend to emergencies.
  • Certified Nursing Assistants, Trained Medication Administrators, and Licensed Home Health Aides assist the participants with activities of daily living.
  • Licensed social worker provides family support and oversees a plan of care for each participant.
  • Activity Director and Assistants develop customized recreational programs to meet the special needs of each individual.

We also stay current on new practices with on-going staff training through in-services and specialized workshops.

 

 


 

Heather Raduenz, M.A.

Heather has a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health and Nursing from Minnesota State University (Mankato), with a concentration in Gerontology. She also has a Masters Degree in Business Management from the College of Saint Scholastica.

With over 12 years of experience in health care management, Heather spent 9 years as a Recreational Therapist providing specialized programming to seniors in Assisted Living and Long Term Care Facilities. Her specialty has been working with seniors who have dementia.

Kathy Clarke has a background in teaching with an emphasis in 9-12 chemistry and also in psychology.  She worked as a PCA for a teenage girl with autism and also has worked with adults with intellectual disabilities (including Down syndrome).  She loves working with adults and planning programs that will challenge them as well as allow them to have a good time.  She has a passion for working with people helping them to enjoy life and loves making them smile any way that she can.

Kathy Pribble comes to us from Auburn Manor Nursing Home. She has spent several years working with seniors in the Long Term Care industry.

Kathy assists the Participants with their daily medical needs including medication administration, injections, nebulizers, etc.
